Four Simple Marinades

Marinades add flavor to grilled meats and vegetables and help to seal in juices. They contain acidic ingredients such as wine, vinegar and tomatoes, which help tenderize tougher cuts of meat and keep them moist.


Basic Marinade

Asian Marinade

These ingredients are:

Combine ingredients and pour over your meat or vegetables. Marinades can be applied several minutes to several hours ahead of cooking. Always marinate your food in the refrigerator and turn occasionally to evenly coat.
