Fresh Blueberry Trifle

A trifle is an English dessert, often layered with custard, fruit and cake.


These ingredients are:

Layer half the cake cubes in a clear bowl and drizzle with half the brandy. Combine blueberries and strawberries with 3/4 cup sugar and sprinkle half the fruit over cake. Top with half the custard or vanilla pudding. Repeat the layers with cake, brandy, blueberries, strawberries and custard.

Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Spread over the top and garnish with extra blueberries and strawberries.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
