Green Salad with Oranges and Avocado

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, orange zest, orange juice, oil, honey, salt, pepper and mustard in a jar and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors before making salad.

Clean and dry lettuces. Tear leaves into small pieces and arrange in a serving bowl with cucumbers on top. Top with oranges, avocados and onions. Drizzle dressing over the top or toss gently. Serve immediately.
