Mixed Berry Coulis

Any variety of fresh or frozen berries can be used in this tangy-sweet sauce. Serve with pound cake, Greek-style yogurt or panna cotta.

Ingredients

These ingredients are:
vegetarian iconVegetarian corn-free iconCorn-free peanut-free iconPeanut-free soy-free iconSoy-free tree nut-free iconTree nut-free

Preparation

Process fruit and sugar in a food processor or blender until smooth. Pass coulis through strainer to remove seeds. Correct seasoning with a little more sugar or lemon juice if desired. Can be made one day ahead.
