Chef Abby will demonstrate Honeyed Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Caprese; Grilled Summer Squash with Creamy Pecorino Polenta; Eggplant Agrodolce with Herbed Goat’s Milk Ricotta and Pistachios; Roasted Stone Fruit with Vanilla Bean Chantilly Cream and Cocoa Nib Shortbread. Vegetarian with dairy and eggs.
