Ariel Fishman-Larsh, PCC Cooks Instructor
Ariel Fishman-Larsh has worked in the service industry for ten years, doing everything from baking to serving. After working for several years as a cook, she attended the California Culinary Academy in 2007 after which she worked for many varied and successful chefs in San Francisco. In 2012 she returned to Seattle and began working at Maria Hines; restaurants, rising from lead line cook to chef de cuisine at Golden Beetle in February, 2013.
