Napoleon Tricolor Tortellini
Ingredients: egg pasta (refined durum semolina wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, dehydrated tomato and spinach), filling (grated bread sticks, parmesan cheese, soybean oil, whole milk, egg whites, salt, pepper and nutmeg)
Preparation: Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes in rapid boiling salted water until pasta is tender yet firm (al dente), stirring occasionally. Drain immediately.
Yield: about 1 cup per 1/2 cup uncooked pasta.
