Tender, local and organic asparagus

Thick or thin, asparagus' succulent spears lend themselves to a plethora of springtime dishes. You can enjoy these tender stalks steamed, stir-fried, grilled, roasted and in soups or atop pasta. Look for firm, thin stems with deep green or purplish, closed tips.

This delicious member of the lily family also delivers on nutrition, with high levels of vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, vitamin A and many other vitamins and minerals. No wonder it's been prized for its flavor and medicinal properties since ancient times.
